Our first market stall
What it took to sell biscuits in person for the first time.
Surf Rider Biscuits started in our kitchen in 2026. Now we bake three flavors by hand and mail them out fresh.
Baking day, 2026
Surf Rider Biscuits started as a Saturday baking experiment. Giacomo, 12, and Ricardo, 10, mixed up a batch of jam biscuits to share with friends — and kept getting asked for more.
By 2026 it was a real business: a logo, packaging, and three flavors baked in small batches. The name comes from where we'd rather be — if a biscuit could catch a wave, ours would.
Every bag is still mixed, baked, and packed by hand, right in our kitchen.
Three flavors, baked in small batches so every one comes out right.
Jam Thumbprint
Buttery shortbread with a pool of raspberry jam in the middle.
Coconut Dusted
Golden and lightly sweet, rolled in coconut for crunch.
Chocolate
Rich cocoa dough with a snap you can hear.
